Don’t see what you want?Keep in mind, this catalog includes only some of the items we can order.  If you don’t see what you want or are not sure what you need, we can help!  With hundreds of product resources at our fingertips, we promise to find the best product for your company, your customers and your brand.

Common questions:*

Can I get a sample?

Yes! For all items in the catalog, we can provide samples immediately. For specialty items, we can easily order samples. Please keep in mind, this will add time to your total turnaround time.

How long is the order and delivery process?

This depends on the product chose, format of your logo and your approval. For simple orders and reorders, turn-around is approximately one week. More complex new orders typically take two to three weeks from initial order to delivery.

Do you charge set-up fees?

If you are an existing client and currently ordering, we would be happy to discuss waiving setup fees. For any new product orders, there is a setup fee.

Are there minimum orders?

For most of the products, yes, we do require minimum orders (refer to catalog). Clothing is different. We do not require minimums, but cost will be reflective of the quantity ordered.
