As our queen of behind-the-scenes, you may not see a lot of Michaela, but you will know she’s there, making sure all the pieces come together to bring your website to life. Michaela creates timelines, communicates with key players, and wrangles project tasks to make sure each one flows as satisfyingly as Cheez-Its into a snack bowl. As a process guru, you will find Michaela constantly finding ways to improve our systems for quality and efficiency. Or you’ll find her at the dog park with Lucy, her black lab.
