Jana is obsessed with data. As AI Operations Manager, she brings that same data-driven approach to how our teams use AI, helping the SEO team, web team, and subject matter experts adopt smarter tools and workflows. She still leads the SEO department, working alongside specialists who are leaders in their own right, because she believes a leader is only as good as the people they support. She stays in front of her teams, but more often works behind the scenes: tracking daily industry and AI changes, testing new strategies, and making sure the right tools and processes actually get implemented. By far her favorite thing is digging through the analytics and showing the progress that she knows will make you smile and help you grow your business.
