Digital & Traditional Marketing Sales Representative/Business Development Job Description:
  • Must be a salesperson with multiple years of experience in a majority sales role
  • Respond to and close incoming leads
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing strategies included but not limited to website development, search engine optimization, pay-per-click, social media marketing, online reviews and reputation, blogs, business listings, graphic design, mailers, 3rd party print placement, TV/Radio.
  • Manage client account from strategy to implementation, and address day-to-day and long-term processes.  Additionally, manage the internal team assigned to the client account
  • Retain clients and incrementally grow accounts
  • Develop prospects and close sales as necessary
  • Document, track, and monitor all leads and closed sales via internal CRM
  • Work towards being the outsourced marketing director for your clients
  • Onboard and manage new clients and see through execution of assigned services
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for multiple clients
  • Provide strategic thinking and consultation to help clients achieve their goals
  • Review reporting and analytics with clients on a consistent basis
  • Understand clients in detail, including their industry, competitive positioning, and messaging; understand the client’ tactical needs and key strategic aspects

  • 5 years of sales and account management experience
  • Ability to acquire and manage 20-30 clients
  • Hands-on marketing experience, including social media management, website design, email marketing, Pay-Per-Click advertising, SEO, reputation management, graphic design and other key services
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word), Google Drive, email marketing systems, Basecamp, or other project management systems
  • Knowledge of the dental industry a plus but not required
