Dear fellow business partners,

This unprecedented minute-by-minute situation has us all in the same boat. I do believe this boat we are all in, however, is built to weather this storm.

I won’t spend time on the obvious but rather what you can expect from Whiteboard Marketing during this time. I want you to be proud of your team here in how we are approaching this for you and your practice as your immediate needs, especially communications, will change. We are designing a current pandemic and post-pandemic strategy for you.

I believe most of us will look at this and acknowledge that given this situation, the amount of time people spend on the internet will go up tremendously. They will have more time to research, interact socially, look for updates from their doctors to see how they are handling the situation, preparing and scheduling their future visits, time to leave reviews, making decisions, rescheduling, etc.

For us, this is a time for you to stay in front or catapult ahead of the competition and come out of this in a very strong position – even stronger than before. This isn’t a time to disappear. It’s time to buy low and sell high. You are entrepreneurs, business owners, leaders… an exception to most. I share in the negative impact this will have and the worry that ensues – the highs and lows we get from reading and watching the media. But I know it will be short-lived and is just a moment in time. What makes us good leaders and entrepreneurs is resiliency and boldness. We do what we have to do to take this head-on while focusing on the long term, positive results we will have at the outcome of this.

With that said, we will be reaching out this week and next as your availability permits, and thank you in advance for giving us the time needed to discuss the current pandemic strategy. We hope you’ve already experienced the response time and proactive measures we’ve put in place. If not, you will hear from us very soon. Ultimately we will be keeping a daily eye on market reactions and share our findings with you, working together to build a fluid path forward with this situation and your personal situation in mind.
