You may not see Ivy very often, but for good reason. Supporting our account services team, she keeps super-busy making sure you get what you need, when you need it. And if what you need is a good laugh, she’s generous with her sense of humor. We can also count on Ivy for updates on the season’s top reality shows, which, coincidentally, usually make us laugh.
