The SEO Specialist at Whiteboard Marketing will work toward the continued improvement and success of all client websites. They will complete client onboardings, as well as execute a structured, ongoing optimization process. The SEO Specialist works to create positive growth in user traffic, conversions and goal completions for all clients.

The SEO Specialist job description::
  • Conducting keyword research to drive content strategy
  • Developing and executing quality inbound link strategy
  • Writing metadata for a variety of websites
  • Addressing technical issues affecting the performance of a site on search engines
  • Measuring, tracking, and analyzing results in various platforms
  • Conducting competitive research, directing content, and working with Google, Bing, and other search engines
  • Demonstrating results-driven performance to communicate ROI to Account Managers and occasionally clients
  • Monitoring day-to-day activity and client deliverables
  • Continually learning, innovating, and implementing testing strategies to uncover new opportunities for optimization, strategy enhancement, and performance improvement
  • Having an understanding of the Google Suite including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager, as well as how to implement them on a site
  • Taking an active, personal, prideful role in growing the SEO business for each client
  • Managing multiple clients and projects while not compromising quality
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of at least one year experience in SEO executing organic search campaigns
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude, ready to challenge the status quo
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Detail-oriented with an analytical nature
  • Metrics/results-driven behavior
  • Experience in WordPress, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console
  • Project management skills
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word), Google Drive, email marketing systems, and project management systems
